Due to the increasing scarcity of water, governments have toughened penalties for spills and suministradors have expensive product. That's why more and more companies decide to invest in recovery and treatment facilities for their effluents. ECOgest offers solutions adapted to the recovery and treatment effluents to the adequate these to the parameters indicated in the spills law.

New facilities

The ECOgest's infrastructure let us design a process of purification and recovery tailored to the specific needs of each client. The process begins with an analysis of the effluent in our laboratory, which will indicate the necessary steps to obtain the best possible output quality. Designing the installation from scratch, ECOgest adapts to include existing spaces and facilities in the new process./p>

Industrial Laundry

ECOgest has installed an E.G.R.A. (General Station Water Recovery) in a industrial laundry, which recovers 90% of water of boilers supply, cooling towers and production process for a supply of 500m3 / h.

Textile Industry

E.G.R.A. implemented by ECOgest in Dogi's plant in Nanjing - China. This is a textile plant, where we installed two parallel lines of 45m3 / h, for of wastewater generated by industrial dyeing processes treatment. Currently the plant can treat 1.600m3 daily spill to the river. The second phase is to reuse that water at a rate of between 60 and 75% in dye production processes and boilers supply.

Timber industry

E.G.R.A. implemented by ECOgest in Sonae Industries plant in Mangualde-Portugal. This is a DM boards manufacturing plant, where we installed a 25M3 / h line for the waste water generated in the manufacturing of boards treatment. Currently, the plant allows reuse 16m3 permeated water from reverse osmosis for demineralization of the water for the turbines to generate electricity's turbines supply.

Food Industry

E.G.R.A. implemented by ECOgest in Garcia Lizana Sausage Plant in Loja, Granada. It is a slaughterhouse where we installed a 20m3/day line for the wastewater generated in the process of killing treatment. Currently, the plant parameters allow them to spill directly to the river.
